Voicing his plan to return home if his metaphysical questions remained unanswered, Malunkyaputta asked Shakyamuni to explain the unexplained. All phenomena are inseparably ONE with the uncreated absolute Pure Being that contains and sustains all existence, including itself, and each individual is responsible for his or her own return to egoless ONEness, unconditioned Pure Consciousness. If the egoistic entity that then cohabited the human form named Malunkyaputta is still addicted to haughty ego and holonomic image events these 2,500 Earth-years later, that entity was then, and is now, entirely responsible for its own ongoing egoistic activity. |
